Defensive Carbine 101

Are you one of those people who went out and bought an AR-15 and have a good idea of how to shoot it but not so much how to really deploy it? You need to know how to work malfunctions and reloads under stress. This is a beginner-level course for people wanting to become familiar with their carbine (AR-15).

- flash sight firing
- red dot down drills
- shooting on the move
Length: Three hours
Prerequisites: Must have previous experience shooting and be able to safely shoot a rifle. 19 years of age minimum.
What to Bring:
- Driver’s License or State ID
- Carbine style rifle w/ Sling and ammunition (350 rounds)
- 2 rifle magazines (minimum) & speed loader (recommended)
- Magazine Pouches(Single or Double)(recommended)
- Pistol and ammunition (50 rounds)
- Snacks and water or other hydration drinks
- Hearing Protection
- Eye Protection (reading glasses or prescription glasses are authorized)
- Baseball Cap (to keep hot expended cartridges from landing between you and your eye protection)
- Rain Gear (THIS CLASS WILL CONTINUE RAIN OR SHINE)
- Appropriate clothing for the range. (Closed-toed shoes, No low or open shirts)
